In this form, you may select the following options:  

• Request a brand new course or update an existing course. Includes consultation on different training options and the best way to transfer knowledge to your audience.
• Request a new Item ID for a course. Use this if you only need a new Item ID. This does not include creating course content. If you need to update or create new course content, please select "Request a brand new course or update an existing course."
• Request a course assignment. Use this option to update or create a new assignment for a course that exists in Knowledge Link or is in the process of being created.
• Request administrator access. For access to run reports, create classes, give credit to class attendees, etc.
