Introduction

NORA-link is a product of Dr. Mark Weiss in the Department of Anesthesiology at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania. This was started as an educational module for the residents at UPenn, but quickly grew as there was a need for training and education in the new field of non-operating room anesthesia services.
