CPE & CEC Application Procedure An ACPE application form is required. An on-site interview at UPHS is usually required, though this is often waived for summer intern applicants, provided there has already been a screening interview with an ACPE Supervisor or approved interviewer. Special arrangements are made with foreign applicants.
